- scrunchy squishys Dublin irl Added 20/09/2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Stephen who works here was hired by my landlord in the Betty'stown area of over two years to come to the apt and tell me the landlord was selling up and as a tenant I was obligated to leave because of this. he was supposed to be valuing the apt at the time in preparation for sale.
However this was false as the apartment was relisted for rent on daft.ie within 3 weeks of me moving out with a 50% rent increase I'm absolutely sick to my stomach as I feel both my land lord and the estate agent were fully aware no sale was to take place it was simply get me out and hike the rent avoid this estate agent absolute gangsters.
